Picture holder (Hangy)
This picture hanger is a simple expression of its parts, an aluminum rod and a piece of solid cherry, together creating a simple way to attach a piece of paper. The minimalist design emphasizes the beauty of the wood grain but is restrained enough to not visually overpower the artwork.
To attach, simply slide the paper in from below and the weight of the metal rod will keep it in place. To remove, just lift the rod. Use for current favorite drawings of your children (as in the example), for household notes or for more permanent artwork.
